| We offer a variety of apartment sizes such as two bedrooms, one bedrooms, and studios. There is a variety of price ranges according to your budget needs. Many of our properties feature pools, Jacuzzis, fitness centers, and parking. Most of our properties allow cats. Our locations are close to parks, schools, and freeways to make your life a bit easier. All of our buildings are managed by experienced and professional Property Management personnel. We uphold the highest customer service standards and are ready to meet your needs. Browse through the web pages in the city of your choice. We know that moving can be a stressful experience and want the application process to be as easy as possible. To apply for one of our apartments, we will need your photo ID, proof of income, and a copy of your social security card. Please bring these items along with you when coming for a visit. The rental application screening fee can be paid with money order or personal check. We hope this information is helpful.
